We're seeking a proactive and experienced
HSEQ operator
to support site and project leadership in ensuring workplace health and safety, environmental, and QA compliance. This is a hands-on role based on-site in Bendigo.

You'll play a vital part in maintaining safety standards, conducting inspections, delivering inductions, and managing risks and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Site Supervisor with daily HSEQ requirements

Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments

Manage site permits, contractor onboarding, and review SWMS/SDS submissions

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Facilitate site-specific inductions and ensure compliance

Maintain HSEQ records and documentation

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

You're proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about safety and quality. Comfortable working on-site, you thrive in collaborative environments and can confidently engage with teams and contractors.
