This is a part-time role for a Community Support Worker. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing personalised support to individuals, both in the community and at home, through a range of indoor and outdoor activities aimed at achieving their NDIS goals.

You will work under the guidance of participants' allied health professionals to ensure activities are aligned with their individual goals. Your responsibilities will include offering practical support and encouragement, monitoring progress, and maintaining clear daily records through support shift notes.

Qualifications

  • Active and enthusiastic about sports and recreational activities
  • Open driver's licence
  • Allied Health students are highly encouraged to apply
  • Comprehensive car insurance
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Blue Card (we can assist with the application process)
  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance (support provided to obtain this)
  • Access to a personal vehicle
  • ABN (we can assist you in obtaining an ABN)
  • Current police check

Hourly rate : $45.00
