YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, as a Finance Business Partner you will bring a customer focused mindset in supporting the business in effective decision-making through insightful financial analysis and robust modelling. The role will also entail developing and maintaining commercial models that allows the business to determine profitability.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Sector General Managers, providing meaningful performance insights and supporting planning cycles including budgeting and forecasting.
You'll play a key role in evolving our commercial finance function, enhancing reporting tools, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. If you're passionate about partnering with the business to deliver value and drive efficiency, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT YOU
You have sound knowledge of analysis models, tools, and techniques as well as effective quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to understand critical assumptions.
As a genuine professional, you are experienced in working with multiple stakeholders across product/ customer segments or functions for alignment around a common goal.
The other essentials we are looking for:
- Over 2 years' experience working in a role that influences key business decision makers
- Ideally, a degree qualification in a business-related discipline and working toward a further qualification of CPA, CA or CIMA
- Experience in using ERP systems; and data warehouse tools, e.g., PowerBI, Tableau/TM1; Advance Excel & PowerPoint
