Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and support Community Development Program (CDP) Site Managers across multiple locations
  • Oversee service delivery guidelines and reporting obligations to the National Indigenous Australians Agency
  • Provide strategic operational advice to the leadership team
  • Manage budgets and financial responsibilities for CDP programs
  • Drive community-based initiatives that support participants' engagement and development
  • Ensure a strong workplace health and safety culture across all sites

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in CDP, human services, or community development leadership
  • Strong communication and advisory skills at senior management level
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and government-funded programs
  • Commitment to ethical, community-focused service delivery
  • Willingness to travel regularly to remote locations, including overnight stays
