About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker with H1 Group, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients living in their homes or group homes. Your support will help clients live more independently and engage with their community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide manual handling and medication administration support
- Support clients with community access and emotional wellbeing
- Work with individuals displaying Behaviours of Concern
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Use initiative and demonstrate reliability while on shift
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience supporting clients with disabilities
- Experience in ADLs, manual handling, and medication administration
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Police Check, First Aid, and CPR certificate
- Flexibility to work across various sites as needed
