The Role

We're looking for driven Customer Service Sales Representatives to join upcoming contact centre positions, handling warm leads only.

In this role, you'll:

  • Take inbound calls with customers who have already shown interest.
  • Offer VAP solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships through consultative, customer-first conversations.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to a high-performing team.
  • Receive ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your sales and product knowledge.
Who We're Looking For
  • Experience in sales or customer service (contact centre, retail, hospitality or similar).
  • Confident communicator with strong active listening skills.
  • Motivated by targets and excited by earning commission.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Positive, driven, and passionate about helping customers.
