We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part time Team Leader to join our friendly and dynamic team at Hoppers Physio. In this key role, you will work structured hours on reception but also work alongside the Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy front reception area, ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive.

Your role:

  • Lead and support reception staff.
  • Oversee daily operations and patient flow.
  • Manage appointments, payments, and health fund claims.
  • Assist with training, rostering, and general admin duties.

Qualifications required:

  • Previous experience in a senior reception or leadership role (healthcare preferred).
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Computer savvy – Office 365 essential; Nookal experience a plus.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Our Clinic is open 6 days a week from 7am to 8.30pm therefore the position will suit someone who is flexible and has the capacity to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings.
