Synergie is seeking Multiple High Reach Forklift Operators for our client, who is Australia's largest supplier of non-paint consumables and tools to the automotive industry and merchandising sector, located in Altona North, VIC.

$34 - $35 per hour + Super + PenaltiesOngoing OpportunitiesMonday to Friday | starts between 8AM – 9AM and finish between 4PM – 5PM

What you will be required to do:

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in safely operating high reach forklifts and supporting warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating a high reach forklift to pick and put away stock at various heightsLoading and unloading trucks and replenishing stock into rackingManaging pallet movements, stock rotations, and ensuring accurate inventory placementAssisting with pick/pack duties when required to support warehouse workflowConducting pre-start checks and ensuring equipment is used safely and correctlyWorking in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily productivity targetsMaintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse

To be successful in the role you will:

Hold a valid LF Forklift LicenceHave proven experience operating a high reach forklift in a warehouse/distribution environmentDemonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocolsBe able to work effectively within a team and under time pressuresHave good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
