Are you ready to lead the future of water infrastructure in Australia? BG&E is seeking a dynamic and visionary NSW Lead / Technical Director to drive state and national growth, technical excellence, and strategic leadership across our Water Infrastructure portfolio.
About the Role
As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our Water Infrastructure business. You'll lead business development efforts, foster client relationships, and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. This role is based in our Sydney office, with influence across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
• Act as an ambassador for BG&E, building strong relationships across states and sectors.
• Lead marketing strategies and anticipate market trends.
• Drive major pursuits and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
People & Technical Leadership
• Provide national technical leadership and guidance.
• Promote collaboration, innovation, and a strong client focus.
• Support talent development and performance management.
Business Unit Performance
• Lead tender bids and negotiate commercial terms.
• Act as Project Director on major projects.
• Support financial targets and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement.
