THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an
Internal Auditor
to join the
Crown Resorts Group function
. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a meaningful career in audit. You'll play a key support role in audits across multiple business units including hotels, hospitality, corporate, and gaming.

Working closely with audit leads, you'll contribute to:

• Engaging with senior stakeholders to support key decisions and shape audit strategies
• Completing risk-based audits across operational processes and regulatory requirements
• Preparing audit documentation and contributing to audit files in line with Crown's methodology
• Developing process flows and system notes for key controls
• Presenting audit findings and action plans to department leaders
• Assisting in the preparation of audit reports and summaries

ABOUT YOU

This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in audit. Whether you're a recent graduate or have 1–2 years of experience, this could be a great next step. You're curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will also possess;

• Experience in audit, ideally within a regulated environment or consultancy
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; progress towards CA, CPA, or CIA
• Knowledge of IIA standards and audit methodologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A proactive mindset and a passion for identifying risks and driving improvement
