Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Retail Management role
- Experience in monitoring and driving store sales targets and KPI's
- Capability to implement strategies and approaches to drive productivity and results
- Proven ability to develop, train and performance manage team members
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Customer service and selling
- Time management skills
- Communication skills
