We're looking for a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our Operations team. This is your opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and make a real impact across the full employee lifecycle.

About The Role
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll provide expert HR advice and support across policy, compliance, employee relations, performance, learning and development, and organisational initiatives. You'll help shape a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workplace aligned with our values and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Fair Work, WHS, and psychosocial safety obligations.
- Provide trusted advice on employee relations, performance, and workplace behaviour.
- Lead annual remuneration and performance review processes.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs, including leadership and onboarding.
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture.
- Maintain HR systems and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience as a HR generalist, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations matters with discretion and integrity.
- Experience in learning and development program design and delivery.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- A values-driven mindset and passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications in HR or Organisational Development (desirable).
- AHRI membership or eligibility for certification (e.g., CAHRI) is advantageous.
