Your new role

As a Communications Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies for major projects, including technology transformation and change management within the finance and insurance sector.
  • Create client-facing documentation and internal messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure consistency across all channels and deliver high-quality content on time.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide advice on communication matters and support organisational priorities.
  • Monitor and report on communication effectiveness using KPIs and feedback analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualification in communications or public relations.
  • Proven experience in corporate communications within finance, insurance, or a multi-brand environment.
  • Strong writing and content development skills for diverse channels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
