The Opportunity
We're seeking an
Internal Communications Specialist
to create, coordinate, and deliver engaging content across our communication channels. This role focuses on bringing our internal communications to life from our staff newsletter and intranet to supporting key market-facing initiatives.

You'll be responsible for developing content plans, sourcing stories from across the business, and ensuring timely, on-brand delivery that keeps our team informed and connected.

What You'll Do

  • Write, edit, and manage content for internal newsletters, intranet, and corporate communications
  • Own content calendars for The Hub (intranet) and internal newsletter channels
  • Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and event materials
  • Coordinate with external vendors and manage communication projects end-to-end
  • Proactively gather employee stories and feedback to showcase our culture
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal campaigns

Essential
What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in communications, marketing, or a related role
  • Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, SharePoint, or similar)
  • Creative flair with strong visual design sensibility
