Female Support Worker – Stockton NSW

We are seeking a reliable and experienced female support worker based in or near Stockton, NSW, to provide community access and transport support to a participant. This is a casual position with a series of Saturday shifts between October and December 2025, with the possibility of future ongoing work.

Location: Stockton, NSW

Support Type: Community access and transport support (includes pick-up from the train station, outings, and general community support)

Shift Dates and Times:

All shifts are Saturdays, 10:00am – 4:00pm (6 hours) on the following dates:

  • Saturday 25 October 2025
  • Saturday 8 November 2025
  • Saturday 29 November 2025
  • Saturday 20 December 2025

Applicants must be available for all listed Saturday shifts.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship (valid work rights)
  • Driver's licence and reliable, fully insured vehicle (comprehensive or third-party property at minimum)

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience providing community access and transport support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual and professional
  • Ability to work independently and follow participant routines and support plans

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disability, epilepsy, or mental health conditions

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.15 – $63.27 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
