Crown Pool Superstore is a well-established pool retail and service company based in North Brisbane. We take pride in delivering top-quality pool care, expert advice, and friendly service to our residential and commercial clients.

We're now looking for a motivated Pool Care Technician to join our growing service team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll be out on the road each day, servicing swimming pools for our valued customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Performing regular pool cleaning, water testing, and balancing chemicals.
  • Checking and maintaining pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators.
  • Diagnosing water quality or equipment issues and reporting back to the service team.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and representing our brand professionally.
  • Completing daily job reports and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with occasional in-store duties, stock handling, or deliveries as needed.
  • Using pooltracker and service software
  • Working minimum of 7-4pm monday to friday + one full saturday a month
About You

We're looking for someone reliable, practical, and proactive, who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current manual driver's licence (essential).
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting of 25kg+ for daily pool maintenance tasks.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing great customer service.
  • Previous experience in pool maintenance, plumbing, or a trade-related field (preferred but not essential — we can train the right person).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position.
