About the Opportunity

Austal Defence Australia is seeking a dynamic Lead Planner to provide strategic leadership across planning and scheduling functions for complex shipbuilding programs. Reporting to the SSA Planning & Scheduling Manager within the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO), this role is critical to ensuring programmatic compliance and delivery excellence.

You'll Need

  • 3-5+ years experience in project planning or scheduling within shipbuilding, defence, or complex manufacturing environments
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems and planning frameworks
  • Understanding of earned Value Management principles and reporting
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Excel
