About the Role
As a Machinery Operator, you'll be the driving force behind our construction and earthmoving operations. From trenching and grading to site prep and final touches, your expertise will keep our projects running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Operate excavators, skid steers and related equipment for earthworks, utilities, and site development.
- Demonstrate proficiency operating machinery 2t to 25t across various project requirements.
- Read and interpret site plans, grades, and elevations.
- Work closely with the site foreman and crew to ensure top-quality results.
- Maintain equipment with care — because you know that well-kept machines mean top performance.
- Uphold safety standards at every step of the job.
What You Bring
- Proven experience operating excavators in construction or civil works.
- Minimum 3-5 years of machine operating experience in construction or civil works environments.
- A strong eye for detail and precision.
- Current operator certification or relevant tickets.
- Hold current White Card, Excavator High Risk licence, and Skid Steer Ticket certifications.
- A commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence.
- A positive attitude — you take pride in doing things right, every time.
- Must possess valid Australian work rights with no sponsorship required.
