Nursery Production Supervisor

The main responsibilities are:

1. Ensuring the efficient, high-quality, and timely production of nursery plants through effective team coordination, workflow planning, and adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
2. Leading, training, and motivating the production team to achieve high performance, maintain safe work practices, and uphold quality and productivity standards across all nursery operations

Experience should encompass 2 to 3 years in a commercial or wholesale nursery (or similar large-scale horticultural production environment) leading a small to medium-sized team to meet production targets.

A Certificate in Production Nursery, Horticulture, or a related field would be highly regarded.
