About the role:

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and meticulous Senior Detailer to join our Perth team. This pivotal role supports both our boat sales and boat share operations by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining client vessels, as well as those within our managed syndicate fleets.

Responsibilities:

·       Carry out cut and polish services

·       Complete antifouling treatments

·       Apply Prop-speed coatings

·       Work closely with the detailing team to prepare vessels for sale and provide after-sales support

·       Assist with managing the syndicate fleet, including inventory control and supply management

Skills and Experience:

·       Proven experience as a detailer, ideally with marine or high-end asset experience

·       Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and organisational skills

·       Commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional presentation standards

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
