**About Us**:
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manufacture and assemble fiberglass boats, including moldings, and fiberglass layup.
- Outboard installations and 12V electrical fit-up.
- Use power tools and machinery to assist in the building and finishing process of boats.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness in the workspace.
- Inspect and troubleshoot any defects or imperfections in finished products.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with power tools is essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are crucial for this role.
- Experience in fiberglass manufacturing or marine industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of marine products and fiberglass boat manufacturing is a plus.
- Must be able to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Must be able to take direction and learn on the job.
- Must be able to work in a harsh working environment in a physically challenging role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)
