The Job

This full-time position has been newly-created through growth - so it's yours to make your own

You'll join a fast-paced but welcoming firm, led by forward-thinking leadership team.

The firm needs you to come on board and hit the ground running to manage the busy practices of two of it's leading lawyers - one of whom is an Accredited Specialist.

You'll need to ensure they're both ahead of the game - managing busy court diaries, client meetings and supporting them on their own matters as well as allocating to wider team

This permanent position offers excellent renumeration, greta benefits and the chance to join Sydney office most exciting specialist law firms. (1 day WFH available.)

About you

To be considered for this opportunity, you will offer:

  • Three years+ recent experience as a Legal Secretary - in family law;
  • exceptional administrative and organisational skills, with experience managing busy diaries and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • strong legal secretarial skills including fast, accurate typing and advanced Word skills.
  • a proven history of working with family law clients in an confidential, professional and empathetic manner;
  • a commitment to a permanent, full-time career in legal support.
