Following our successful capital raise, we are well funded and confidently entering the next phase of ramping up production at our world-class Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation. With plant optimisation front of mind, we are looking for a Senior Project Metallurgist to take the reins on a diverse range of site-based improvement initiatives.

Our focus is shifting to plant optimisation and operational excellence. As a Senior Project Metallurgist, you'll play a crucial role in implementing projects that drive efficiency, reliability, and recovery in one of Australia's most exciting Lithium Operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the implementation of advanced short-interval control systems
  • Review and improve the efficiency of installed plant equipment
  • Establish and maintain a full plant metallurgical model
  • Optimise reagent selection, grinding media, and SAG liner configuration
  • Partner closely with operations and processing teams to deliver measurable improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with operational projects in mineral processing plants
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ramp-up environment and work back-to-back in a project delivery team
  • Have obtained a National Police Clearance within the last 6 months or have the ability to obtain one.
  • Able to pass a Pre-Employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screen.
