We're expanding our D365 team and as such are seeking an experienced and passionate technical expert to join us as a
Senior D365 Systems Accountant – Finance and Operations
located at our Eagle Farm Head Office.

Reporting to the IT General Manager, this role is responsible for realigning and enhancing our current technology and systems to operate to full capability whilst delivering best practice processes company wide. You will be heavily involved in making sure our end-user systems are efficient, effective and that they meet the needs of the business across the board.

About the Role

  • Monitor and review ERP (D365) system performance, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal functionality
  • Design, implement and maintain internal system controls to ensure data integrity, accurate financial reporting, and compliance
  • Provide expert guidance on best-practice financial system integration, configuration, and data management
  • Develop and maintain documentation of financial systems, processes, and procedures to support audit and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate across departments to assess the financial impact of IT initiatives, system changes, and business improvement projects

About You

  • Degree qualified in Accounting, Information Technology or related field
  • Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations certification essential: CPA Accreditation highly regarded
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working as a D365 F&O Systems Accountant or similar ERP-focused finance role
  • Skilled in supporting and troubleshooting ERP systems such as D365 (F&O), Sage, AX or Great Plains.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and within a team
  • Confident supporting end-user applications including Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat and other business software

Candidates who are successful at reaching the interview phase will be expected to
demonstrate technical skills
in a test environment – including but not limited to creating a production order, managing workflow history, create a site/silo/warehouse, show where to change invoicing from 2-way matching to 3-way matching, creating a GL and open one entity for one financial period.
