About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping our commercial strategy and support decision-making across the business.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will analyse market trends, sales performance, and financial data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Your expertise will help shape our commercial strategies, optimise pricing, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse sales performance across customers, channels, and categories to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insights on pricing, promotions, and trade spend to optimise return on investment.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that give visibility into sales trends and key performance metrics.
  • Support monthly business reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning with clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Work closely with key account managers and marketing teams to translate insights into commercial actions.
  • Continuously refine data processes and tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and accessibility of reporting.

What you will bring

  • Experience in a similar Sales or Commercial Analyst role, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Professional Accounting/ Finance qualification - CPA/CA
  • Experience in using BI tools such as Power BI & Phocas
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
