Deputy Principal

Applications are warmly invited for the position of Deputy Principal at Ballarat Grammar.  This is a wonderful opportunity for a strategic and operational leader who has demonstrated experience in the areas of strategy, vision, policy development, staffing, student wellbeing and academic outcomes.  

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Deputy Principal provides both strategic and operational leadership across the School. This role supports the Principal in shaping the educational vision, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring exceptional learning and wellbeing outcomes for all students. 

The Deputy Principal is a highly visible leader who inspires and mentors staff, fosters a culture of excellence, and champions holistic education from early learning through Year 12. With responsibility for student safety, academic performance, and staff development, this position requires a collaborative and innovative leader who can navigate complexity with integrity and optimism. 

This role will further strengthen Ballarat Grammar's reputation as an inclusive and wellbeing-focused school that develops students with a deep understanding of the world and the people in it.
