Looking for your next big opportunity in retail leadership? We're on the hunt for a driven, hands-on Liquor Store Manager to run a new high performance store in Mildura. If you've got experience in RETAIL LIQUOR or in a similar fast-paced environment, this could be the role that takes your career—and income—to the next level.

We are a well-established, national Independent liquor Group known for our entrepreneurial spirit and our take no prisoners approach to liquor retailing. We don't stand still, not even for a minute.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and experienced MILDURA Store Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.


What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all store operations, including staffing, inventory management, merchandising, and sales. The buck stops with you.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of retail associates
  • Monitor sales and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Ensure compliance with state and local liquor laws and store policies
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and resolve any issues professionally
  • Manage budgeting, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience (liquor store or related industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven track record in inventory control, stock accuracy, and vendor management
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
