We're on the lookout for an experienced
HR Advisor
to join our team
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to flex their HR expertise and play a hands-on role in shaping our people experience as we continue to grow. In this position, you'll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, work on meaningful initiatives, and make a real impact.

What you'll be doing
- Driving employee experience initiatives and cultural programs that bring our values to life
- Assisting with key HR activities such as creating new employment contracts and keeping employee records accurate and well-maintained
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
- Analysing people data and providing actionable insights
- Coordinating learning and development programs and facilitating training
- Coaching leaders to grow and support their teams
- Actively involved in employee relations matters, including investigations and interpreting industrial instruments
- Assisting with competency frameworks, pay methodology, and HR policy reviews
- Participating in people projects and quality system reviews.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of generalist HR experience
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field
- Experience supporting organisation change initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Proven ability to coach, advise and build strong working relationships
- A passion for coaching and mentoring people leaders
- Experience in employee experience (EX) and cultural initiatives
- Solid understanding of HR practices, legislation and employment law in Australia
