About the role
As Service Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of services to our clients post-sale. You'll act as the central point of contact for key accounts, driving communication, resolving issues, and ensuring projects and support activities run smoothly.

You'll work closely with project managers, consultants, support leads, and GMs to ensure alignment, prioritisation, and continuous improvement in everything we deliver.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and their business objectives are achieved

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing responsive and effective communication

  • Identify new opportunities to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth within your client accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver custom solutions that address client challenges

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of client engagements

  • Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients

  • Contribute to the development of the company's sales and account management strategies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a service delivery or account management role, preferably within a professional services or technology environment

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to client challenges

  • Proficient in project management, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related discipline
