Based in **Adelaide**, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in a high-profile transformation program while ensuring exceptional BAU delivery.

As the SDM, you'll manage both onshore and offshore teams, oversee key delivery dates, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Your ability to balance BAU priorities with project milestones will be key to success.

**What you'll do**:

- Deliver BAU services to meet SLAs and drive major business projects
- Manage project schedules, risks, resources, and budgets
- Be the key liaison between technical teams and customer stakeholders
- Ensure transformation program outcomes are delivered on time

**Mandatory Skills and Experience required**:

- **5 - 8 years' Service Delivery Management / Program or Project Management - SDM most desirable (eg SDM or ADL acc delivery lead)**:

- Could have experience directly working for the company or from a consultancy / managed service business supporting the end customer.
- Application management experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- a demonstrated record of successful delivery of projects
- People and team leadership skills
- Ability to work on multiple project assignments simultaneously
- Strong Leadership and verbal and written communication skills
- Disciplined and organized approach
- Eagerness to learn, good initiative and flexibility
- Eagerness to teach and to share their skills with team members

**(Desirable) Nice to have Skills and Experience**:

- 5-10 years' experience in Project Management in a Banking Finance Domain
- Core banking
- Solid knowledge of Banking and Finance industry
- Experience in Hogan delivery projects
- Banking Transformation Experience
