Part-Time Administrative Coordinator – Grounds & Gardens Company

20–25 Hours Per Week | Supporting Aged Care Sector Contract

Are you an organised, proactive professional looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support our Grounds & Gardens team working on a contract that services the aged care sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of scheduling, communication, and helping a team deliver high-quality service to vulnerable community members.

About the Role

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our field teams. Your main duties will include:

  • Creating and managing daily schedules for field staff
  • Coordinating job allocations and tracking progress
  • Communicating with the Contract Manager and field teams
  • Supporting general administration tasks to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements

You will report directly to the Contract Manager and play a key role in keeping the contract running smoothly.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Confidence working with scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and general office software
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Previous experience in an admin or scheduling role (preferred but not essential)
