About the Role:As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head & Executive Chef in running a high-energy kitchen known for its fresh, fun and fragrant Thai dishes. From daily prep to plating perfection, you'll help maintain the standards and speed that define BangPop.
What You'll Do:-
Lead the team during service with confidence and clarity

Oversee prep, execution and presentation of all dishes

Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

Help train, coach and inspire junior team members

Assist with ordering, stock control and kitchen efficiency

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Sous Chef or CDP role

Experience with Asian or Thai cuisine preferred

Strong leadership, multitasking and time management skills

Positive attitude and hands-on approach to team leadership

Full-time availability and the right to work in Australia (or be eligible for sponsorship – we can help)
