As we approach the 2026 Vintage Season, De Bortoli Yarra Valley is seeking to fill some key roles in our Yarra Valley Winery Operations.
These supervised roles cover a range of duties including grape receival and testing, processing of fruit, juice and wine, operation of key winery equipment, maintenance of winery equipment and general house keeping. Key performance criteria for these roles include; minimising waste and damage to product, maintaining quality throughout the winemaking process and most importantly working in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
We are looking for people with good practical skills and attention to detail.
Applicants must be prepared and available to:
- Positions will commence in early February 2026 and will run for 6 to 12 weeks. Applicants must be available for the entire Vintage period
- Undertake employee screening including a physical assessment and urine drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement
- Participate in our Company's extensive employee induction program
- Work extended shifts as required
Whilst not essential, previous experience within the wine industry and relevant accredited training would be considered an advantage. Successful applicants must be committed and reliable, have the ability to work as a team member, be willing to learn new skills and have their own transport. All training will be provided by the company.
