Your Role

As a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the friendly face that makes every customer feel special. You'll help them find the perfect frames, share your product knowledge, and bring some festive sparkle to the store.

You'll:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service with a smile
  • Style customers and offer eyewear advice
  • Keep the store looking stunning and organised
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals
  • Fixed 3 month term

What We're Looking For
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (essential)
  • A genuine passion for fashion and luxury brands
  • Confident, friendly, and ready to create great customer moments
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn - no optical experience needed
