About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leading Hand to join our Electrical Construction team based in Townsville. You'll lead site teams across diverse commercial projects, interpreting drawings, solving problems on the fly, and maintaining strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

What you'll bring

  • ·   Minimum 3 years' experience on commercial electrical projects
  • ·   Supervisory or team-leading experience
  • ·   Current QLD Electrical Licence & Driver's Licence
  • ·   OHS awareness and commitment to safety
  • ·   Strong customer focus and communication skills
  • ·   Ability to work independently, plan effectively and motivate others

What CV Can Offer You

  • ·   $2k sign on fee plus $2k if pass probation
  • ·   $40.00-$50.00 per hour
  • ·   Flexible roster: 9-day or 10-day fortnight
  • ·   Take home vehicle, iPad & iPhone
  • ·   Annual $220 boot allowance + all PPE & uniforms supplied
  • ·   Optional Saturday work available
  • ·   Get paid to obtain more tickets
