Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' lower limbs to diagnose foot deformities, injuries, and infections
- Develop tailored treatment plans, including medication, orthotics, exercise programs, and wound care
- Educate patients on foot health, preventive care, and appropriate footwear
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, compliant patient records and detailed case notes
- Collaborate closely with physicians and therapists for comprehensive care
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Podiatry or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist
- Proven experience delivering evidence-based clinical services
- Strong knowledge of work health and safety (WHS) principles
- Understanding of aging, disability, Aged Care Accreditation, and NDIS standards
- Right to work unrestricted in Australia (evidence required)
- Current National Police Check (within 3 months) or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Valid Victorian driver's license
- Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
