Role Detail
Reporting to the Data Architect & Solutions Data Manager, you will be at the heart of our technology strategy, ensuring seamless integration of critical business applications across the firm. You will take on a dynamic mix of solution design, operational support, and service delivery, with a key focus on designing, building, and optimising data integrations that keep our operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and maintaining system integrations using Intapp Integration Services (Dell Boomi), ensuring reliable and scalable data flows, utilising source control to help streamline deployment of data solutions through the necessary environments.
- Coding review of existing integrations and data models highlighting future ideas and improvements to Technology management.
- Proactively monitoring integrations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows for speed and reliability.
- Responding to critical situations to ensure affected services are restored as quickly as possible and help facilitate post incident reviews to reduce reoccurrences and improve processes.
- Ensuring integrations comply with governance, security, and privacy standards, including encryption and access controls.
- Maintaining clear technical documentation and mentoring team members on integration best practices.
- Partnering with stakeholders to design solutions, communicate plans, and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintaining strong communication between Technology, Shared Services and Legal Teams.
- Role modelling expected standards of behaviour and act in the best interests of the team and the firm
You are expected to keep your skills at a high level and your working knowledge of supported applications and services up to date, while striving to continuously improve existing systems, technology and process.
About You
Bring your experience in Intapp Integration Services (Dell Boomi) or similar integration tools, and deep understanding of data flows, source control, and deployment strategies to a fast-paced environment that will see you solving complex integration challenges and driving system performance.
Your sharp focus on security and privacy best practices, ensuring that all integrations comply with governance and legal standards, will be celebrated, as will your ability to adapt and tailor as the business needs continue to evolve.
To set you up for success, you will also need:
- 3+ years experience designing and managing integration solutions, experience with Dell Boomi and API-driven workflows leveraging REST API, SOAP Services, XML, CSV data dumps
- 2+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimisation and ETL processes.
- Skilled in creation and maintenance of T-SQL queries, stored procedures and SSIS Packages.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and Azure services for data integration and analytics workflows.
- Experience with languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or PowerShell for custom integration logic.Skilled in Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and version control.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex integration issues and ensure data accuracy.
