We are currently recruiting for a permanent Warehouse and Dispatch Officer to join a long-standing Australian manufacturing company based in Carole Park. This is a hands-on, full-time position offering job security, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth within a reputable business.

The company supplies specialist products across Australia and is known for its systematic production processes and technical excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily receivals and dispatch activities
  • Apply FEFO stock rotation and ensure accurate stock receipting
  • Complete all related paperwork and scanning tasks correctly
  • Inspect incoming goods and maintain a clean, organised workspace
  • Operate forklift (if applicable)
  • Work closely with production and dispatch teams

To Be Considered, You Will Need:

  • A current forklift licence (ideally but not essential)
  • Previous experience in dispatch and receiving (ideally in manufacturing) however will consider no experience (training provided)
  • A reliable attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Two recent references

What's on Offer:

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm
  • $30.00 per hour plus superannuation (with forklift licence) or $28.00 per hour plus superannuation (without forklift licence)
