We are seeking an experienced 2IC (Second in Charge) to join our team at NDC Chadstone.

About the Role

As the 2IC (Second in Charge) in our NDC Chadstone practice, you'll play a key role in clinical support. You'll confidently and expertly provide high quality administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (preferred)
• Broad clinical experience across all aspects of general and chairside dentistry, including paediatrics, minor oral surgery, prosthetics, simple orthodontics, endodontics, and restorative dentistry
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred)
• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable

• An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
• Reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
