The Company.

Our client is a respected commercial organisation with a strong focus on maintaining high-quality facilities and infrastructure. Known for their commitment to excellence and safety, they operate across a range of commercial sites and pride themselves on the reliability and professionalism of their team. As their operations continue to grow, they are creating a new opportunity for a Maintenance Officer to join their established Maintenance Team.

The Role.

As a Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of general and preventative maintenance tasks across commercial facilities. This includes attending to repair work, assisting with facility upgrades, and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all assets across a number of sites. The Maintenance Officer's purpose is to use their initiative and drive to ensure that repairs and maintenance are carried out to a high standard. Your responsibilities may also include working with commercial carpentry tasks, minor repairs, and routine upkeep of buildings and infrastructure. You'll play an important role in helping maintain operational standards and the presentation of commercial environments.

What You Need.

  • A trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong general maintenance experience, ideally within commercial settings
  • A valid Driver's Licence (required, as commercial vehicle operation is involved)
  • Prior experience in commercial carpentry or building maintenance
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative when solving maintenance issues

On Offer.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and supportive workplace where your skills will be valued. You'll be working with an experienced team and have access to the tools and equipment required to perform your duties effectively. If you're looking for a role with variety, responsibility, and long-term potential, we'd love to hear from you.
