About the Role:

Located at Macquarie Park, BaptistCare Cooinda is a welcome home. Designed with a people-first approach, Cooinda Court is a beautiful, aged care home featuring 68 individual rooms and set amongst tranquil landscaped gardens. Cooinda Court features peaceful retreat areas, barbecue facilities, and a recently renovated dining room serving freshly cooked, homely meals

As a Lifestyle Officer, you'll help create meaningful and uplifting experiences for our residents through engaging social, recreational, cultural, and wellbeing programs. Your work will support mental health, foster independence, and celebrate each resident's individuality.

With a well-designed activity program as your guide, you'll tailor experiences to reflect each person's unique interests and values—ensuring they feel seen, heard, and empowered.

You'll be supported every step of the way by our Lifestyle Coordinator and dedicated care team at Macquarie Park, working together to deliver exceptional care and quality of life.

About You:

• You hold Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification, or a willingness to attain
• You have relevant Aged Care experience in a similar role
• You love being part of a team and you enjoy interacting with older people
• You can navigate your way around a computer, and you have a willingness to take part in ongoing education
