Detailed Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Cloud Engineer with proven expertise in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automating CI/CD DevOps pipelines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable cloud environments using Terraform and Ansible, integrating Bitbucket-based CI/CD workflows, and embedding security and compliance into automated delivery pipelines. This role demands deep technical proficiency in OCI services, DevOps tooling, and cloud automation to drive reliable, secure, and efficient cloud operations.

Key Knowledge Areas


Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI):
Deep understanding of OCI architecture, services, and automation capabilities.

 Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
: Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for declarative infrastructure

provisioning and configuration management.

 CI/CD &
; DevOps Tooling: Experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and OCI DevOps.

 Security &
; Compliance: Familiarity with CIS benchmarks, IAM policies, and cloud security frameworks.

 Networking &
; Firewall Policies: Strong grasp of VCNs, subnets, NSGs, route tables, VPNs, and OCI Firewall.

 Monitoring & Logging
: Experience integrating OCI logs with Splunk or similar platforms.

 Scripting & Automation
: Strong skills in Python, Bash, and YAML for automation and pipeline scripting.
