About The Role:
Reporting to the Service Manager, this dynamic role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor or Technician looking to 'get off the tools', or a Salesperson / Customer Service professional with a passion for Toyota, motor vehicles and customer service in a thriving and rewarding team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues.
- Conduct morning driveway service utilising the Tune Driveway iPad application.
- Actively monitoring the process of Guests vehicles throughout the service department and providing them updates of the progress.
- Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders.
- Generate quotes and advise guests of any additional work that needs to be attended to.
- Ensuring the guest's expectations are exceeded throughout the experience.
- Providing high level customer service to both internal & external dealership guests.
- Work within the dealership polices, guidelines and standards.
- Apply a strong attention to detail with a focus on providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Other general duties as required.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to value sell and provide honest feedback to guests.
- Strong focus on both guest satisfaction & retention.
- Well presented with exceptional interpersonal and customer relations skills.
- Sound computer skills; experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Current Driver's License is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sound organisational skills and time management.
- Strong data entry & administration skills.
- Dedication to providing an exceptional experience to both internal & external guests.
