About the Role

We're on the lookout for a skilled Content Creator & Digital Marketer Consultant to join our team full-time. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering digital strategies, producing engaging content, and using data to measure and optimise performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish marketing content across social media platforms and websites.

  • Write and design engaging content, including blogs, graphics, email campaigns, video scripts, and social media posts.

  • Build and manage email campaigns using Vision6 and Mailchimp—implementing automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.

  • Analyse digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Use data modelling to assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and campaign return on investment (ROI).

  • Recommend updates to digital content based on SEO metrics and audience behaviour.

  • Manage SEO strategies including keyword research, website optimisation, and reporting using tools like Google Analytics and Uber Suggest.

  • Assist with website updates and ensure digital assets support marketing objectives.

  • Plan and execute social media advertising and digital campaigns to support client goals.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

  • Provide marketing consultation and strategy to clients across various industries.

  • Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, SEO, and campaign management.

  • Proficiency in Vision6, Mailchimp, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.

  • Experience with analytics and SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

  • Confidence in presenting ideas and strategies to clients.

  • Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills.

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
