About the Role
 

As Asphalt Operations Manager, you'll lead a talented team across asphalt paving, profiling and project delivery. You'll be responsible for the commercial success, safety, and sustainability of our asphalt operations, with direct accountability across:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Financial Management & Budgeting

  • Stakeholder & Client Relationships

  • Operational Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • People Leadership & Culture Development

  • HSEQ Compliance & Risk Mitigation
     

About You
