Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional customer service in our dining and beverage areas. Working in a Part-time capacity, 3 days a week, 22.8 hours across Friday to Sunday.

Your responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership

• Supervise and motivate a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience

• Oversee the dining experience, ensuring that guests receive attentive and personalised service.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns, striving to exceed their expectations.

Operations Management

• Maintain efficient daily operations in the dining areas, including inventory control and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.

Expertise in Food Allergies and Intolerances

• An essential aspect of your role is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our guests, including those with food allergies and intolerances. Can you share your experience and knowledge in handling food allergies and dietary restrictions to create a safe and enjoyable dining experience for every guest?

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry.
• Extensive experience in fine dining environments, consistently providing refined and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of food safety regulations, beverage service standards, and expertise in managing food allergies and intolerances.
• A passion for providing an exceptional dining experience and a commitment to the Slow Food philosophy.
• Current RSA and strong barista skills
