Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.

We're inviting applications to join our permanent workforce in Blamey Barracks as an Estate Works and Development Manager. We're committed to building a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to contribute.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Lead and manage estate works and development activities across PAS regions. 

• Ensure alignment with Defence infrastructure strategies and compliance standards. 

• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver estate development projects on time and within budget. 

• Support planning, procurement, and execution of estate works programs. 

• Provide expert advice on estate development to senior leadership.
  
   

What You'll Bring

• Extensive experience in estate development and infrastructure management. 

• Strong understanding of Defence estate planning and compliance frameworks. 

• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills. 

• Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and reporting for infrastructure projects. 

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management, or related fields.
