- Partner with leaders and teams to assess talent needs, identify critical roles and shape succession plans that ensure long-term capability and performance across the organisation
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion strategies by supporting the Gender Equality Action Plan, Gender Impact Assessments and DE&I campaigns that foster awareness, accountability and real change
- Help design, deliver and evaluate training, engagement and leadership programs that enhance the employee experience from onboarding through to career progression
- Use data and feedback from surveys, engagement insights and research to inform recommendations, track progress and guide strategic improvements to our people programs

To thrive in this role
- Brings demonstrated experience in organisational development, learning or culture-focused roles, with a knack for designing, delivering and embedding programs that build leadership capability, engagement and performance across a large organisation.
- Confidently leads DE&I and gender equality initiatives, drawing on knowledge of the Gender Equality Act 2020 to translate compliance and policy into practical, people centred actions and programs.
- Combines strong analytical and research skills with the ability to use data, surveys and feedback to uncover insights, evaluate impact and shape evidence-based recommendations that inform future strategy.
- Communicates with clarity and influence, engaging leaders, collaborating across teams and translating complex ideas into meaningful outcomes that drive cultural change and continuous improvement.
