We are recruiting across multiple high-quality early learning services in Brisbane, including Wynnum, Alexandra Hills, Alderley and Goodna. These services are licensed for approximately 90–135 children (0–5 years), are rated Meeting National Quality Standard, and are praised by families for their caring educators, strong communication, and inspiring natural outdoor play environments.

About the opportunities
Educators (Cert III or Diploma)

As an Educator, you will nurture children's learning and wellbeing through play-based experiences that encourage curiosity and growth. You will assist with the planning cycle, daily routines, and collaborate with colleagues to provide engaging and inclusive environments.

Lead Educators (Diploma + leadership experience)

As a Lead Educator, you will design and deliver meaningful programs that reflect children's interests, embed the EYLF and NQS into daily practice, and guide a team of educators in your room. You will mentor colleagues, contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), and build strong partnerships with families.

Kindergarten Teachers (Bachelor/ECT)

As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will lead the approved kindergarten program and support the vital developmental milestones of 4–5 year olds, including early literacy, numeracy, social and emotional skills, self-regulation, and resilience. Your curriculum will bridge kindergarten and school readiness, ensuring children enter formal schooling confident, curious, and capable.

What you bring
  • For Educators – Completed Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • For Lead Educators – Diploma of Early Childhood Education plus at least 12 months' experience leading a room/team
  • For Kindergarten Teachers – Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Commitment to creating safe, nurturing and engaging learning environments
