We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our Little Learners team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to shaping young lives through play-based learning, strong relationships and rich learning experiences.
Our centre is open from 6:45am and 5:45pm and staff are required to work an allocated shift within this span of hours, in accordance with a roster provided in advance i.e. some days will be an early start, other days may be a later start and a late finish.

About the role:
As a Lead Educator, you will guide and inspire your room team, develop engaging and meaningful programs, and partner with families to see children flourish. You'll be a role model to others and provide an environment where children feel safe, seen and celebrated.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).
- Holds up to date First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates as well as a Paid Blue Card.
- Has prior experience in an Early Childhood setting and experience in a Lead Educator role.
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and NQS.
- Comprehension of the Kathy Walker approach (preferred).
- Has a heart for young children and a commitment to Christian values.
- Can lead with warmth, confidence and creativity.
- Thrives in a team environment and values collaboration.
- Communicates effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Bush or Beach Kindy experience would be advantageous.
